Trailing 12-16 midway through the first half, the Hunters bounced back with pure determination. Building on their 16-12 halftime lead, the hosts kept the pressure on after the break, adding another 18 points while keeping the Blackhawks to just one additional try. Playmaker Sanny Wabo emerged as the match-winner, sealing the victory with two sensational second half tries after the 60th minutes. Setting the tempo, Juda Rimbu opened the score board with the first try followed by Khaiya Waiembi, Douglas David, and Gairo Voro, showcasing the Hunters’ depth in attack.
