East New Britain Governor Michael Marum has continued his support for education and community development by presenting a new school truck to Boisen Secondary School, funded through his Provincial Services Improvement Program (PSIP).
The truck was officially handed over to the school administration, which will assist in transportation for educational and administrative activities.
The presentation was witnessed by Rabaul Town Mayor Timothy Biang, Balanataman LLG President Leonard Maing, community leaders, school representatives, invited dignitaries and other stakeholders.
Governor Marum said continued investment in schools was important to improving services for students and supporting the wider development of communities.
“Investing in our schools is investing in the future of our children and our communities.”
